Just a quick note to confirm that this window completed successfully as expected.
The vast majority of clients would have noticed service restored within 15 minutes whilst a small amount of clients did not get full service back until 23:40 due to a cabling error that we needed to rectify (oddly which had nothing to do with the maintenance window!).
Hopefully the pockets of packetloss being encountered over the last couple of days should now be resolved but we'll continue to monitor the situation and liaise with Juniper further should we need to.
